Train With a Friend (2:1 Personal Training)
Training with a friend, partner, or family member is a great way to stay motivated while still receiving personalised coaching.
Each session is tailored to the individual, so you can train together while working at your own level and progressing toward your own goals. Many clients enjoy the added accountability and consistency that comes from sharing the experience with someone they know.
It’s also a more cost-effective option than one-on-one training while still maintaining the structure, guidance, and attention that personal training provides.
Sessions take place in the private studio in Kallangur, with clients coming from North Lakes, Petrie and surrounding areas.

Trauma-Informed Martial Arts (Available by Request)
Sheay also offers trauma-informed martial arts workshops and programs for organisations, community groups, and private cohorts.
These sessions combine practical self-defence skills with an emphasis on nervous system awareness, safety, and confidence-building. The focus is on creating a supportive environment where participants can develop physical skills while feeling grounded and in control.
Programs can be delivered as one-off workshops or short-term series and are tailored to the needs of the group.
